1. How many installments are possible for payment by credit card? Up to three installments with no interest and/or linkage are possible for a credit card payment. Beyond that, interest will be charged.
2. Is it possible to pay by check? We accept checks, subject to approval and the terms of ERN Israel Ltd.
3. It is possible to place an order by phone/WhatsApp and pick it up ourselves? We accept orders via the store’s WhatsApp (053-2848216) and by phone (03-9635410). We will prepare your order, and you can pick it up at your convenience.
4. Do you deliver? We deliver nationwide from the store. Click here for more information.
5. Do the store prices include VAT? The prices at the store do not include VAT (as is customary for commercial sales). Naturally, On checkout, VAT is added by law.
6. Is it possible to order single items? Firstly, the store serves individuals and private persons who want to buy small quantities. It carries fairly small types of packaging, the minimum purchase of which is 20 units, and larger types of packaging, the minimum purchase of which is a single unit.
