At Plasto-Vack, product quality and safety come first

Our extensive knowledge, decades of experience, and technological and technical capabilities allow us to produce the highest quality packaging and provide unsurpassed service.

At Plasto-Vack, we also emphasize additional areas of quality, such as in sales and logistics. Our Quality Control Department invests most of its effort in preventing problems early in the production process before the products are even produced.

All the materials that the company uses are certified for food contact (except for products not designed for food or direct contact with food) by the Ministry of Health and have undergone migration tests at the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. Product testing is pursuant to Israeli Standard SI 5113 Plastic Materials and Plastic Articles in Contact with Food and Beverages.

Plasto-Vack is certified under the BRC-IOP Global Standard for Packing and Packaging Products, a new and strict standard for product safety and hygiene for packaging plants. For years, Plasto-Vack has consistently earned the highest certification – “A”. Plasto-Vack’s work in conformity with these strict requirements is another basis for customer confidence in us and assurance in working with us.

Plasto-Vack is also certified under ISO 9001:2008 – Plastic packaging production.

Plasto-Vack’s packaging and work procedures have been inspected by the Standards Institution of Israel and found to be proper and conform to its Safety Label.
