Terms of Use

The terms set forth below govern the use of the Plasto-Vack website (” Site”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site to purchase Plastovack packaging. The Site was created by Plasto-Vack (1990) Ltd. (“Plasto-Vack”) of 8 Shimon Israeli St./3 Yitzhak Ha’amit St., Rishon LeZion.

General

• Any user of the Site and/or who makes use of the Site, including the content included on the Site (” User”) confirms through their use that they accept and agree to the provisions and Terms of Use in full.
• The figures and information on the Site are or informational purposes only.
• In these Terms of Use, the term “content” or “contents” refers to information of any kind, including written content, images, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, simulations, or any combination thereof, and their design, processing, formulation, and presentation, including data, and any label, mark, or icon.

Use of the Site

• The User may only use content appearing on the Site pursuant to the rules set forth below, unless they have obtained explicit prior authorization from Plasto-Vack and subject to these Terms of Use.
• The User may only use the Site to shop and purchase from Plasto-Vack. Do not in any way copy and use and/or allow others to use content from the Site for any purpose, whether commercial or not, without explicit prior authorization from Plasto-Vack and subject to these Terms of Use.
• If Plasto-Vack grants permission to use any content, the User shall display the Plasto-Vack copyright notice prominently near the displayed content. Plasto-Vack reserves the right to revoke the authorization at any time it deems fit and the User (to whom the authorization was granted) shall immediately cease said use.

Liability

• Use of the Site is at the sole and full liability of the User.
• The User shall have no claim, suit or demand against Plasto-Vack for content and figures presented on the Site.
• Plasto-Vack makes no guarantee that the data on the Site is error-free or accurate.

Key points on the use of Plasto-Vack packaging

• Do not store more than two pallets on top of each other.
• The storage and placement (even if brief) of goods where they are exposed to sun or heat is prohibited.
• Do not store goods at temperature below -18° C, which will cause the material to become fragile, or above 38°C.
• Keep the goods in a properly hygienic environment that preferably conforms to HACCP or BRC standards.
• Before use, the customer must check the conformity of the requested packaging.
• Do not use packaging beyond its use-by date, which is stated on the carton.
• Follow the instructions for use of the packaging, which we publish in various ways.
• This packaging is not intended for use as service packaging or for home or private use. If it is used in this way, notify the company in writing to this effect.
